In the event that a bonus offer does create an exception to anything mentioned here, ONLY the contradicted term(s) and/or condition(s) will be considered invalid for that bonus offer. In that case, the term(s) and/or condition(s) in the bonus offer will be considered the term(s) and/or condition(s) for that particular situation. However, with the exception of the text contradicted by the bonus offer, all other term(s) and/or condition(s) remain non-negotiable.

Term #0 - Weekly promotions

All codes that begin with the word "FLAT" are flat bonuses on deposits of 25 or more. The number in the code indicates the flat amount for the bonus. For example, the code "FLAT700" would be a $/€700 flat bonus on deposits of 25 or more.
All deposit bonus offers, including this one, apply to both USD$ and EUR€ accounts.
"FLAT" bonuses are slots bonuses with 50X wagering requirements. That means the bonus must be wagered 50 times on the games appearing in the "bonuses" tab (all slots, keno, scratch cards) in the casino lobby before being eligible for a withdrawal. Wagering your deposit does not count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus.
All codes that begin with the word "WEEKLY" are percentage bonuses on deposits of 25 - 250. The number in the code indicates the percentage. For example, the code "WEEKLY3000" is a 3000% bonus on deposits of 25 - 250.

"WEEKLY" bonuses are standard slots bonuses with 50X wagering requirements. That means the bonus must be wagered 50 times on the games appearing in the "bonuses" tab (all slots, keno, scratch cards) in the casino lobby before being eligible for a withdrawal.
All codes that begin with the word "CASH" are percentage bonuses on deposits of 25 - 300. The number in the code indicates the percentage. For example, the code "CASH600" would be a 600% bonus on deposits of 25 - 300.
All deposit bonus offers, including this one, apply to both USD$ and EUR€ accounts.
"CASH" bonuses are special all-games bonus with a 80X wagering requirement. That means the bonus must be wagered 80 times before being eligible for a withdrawal. All games including roulette will appear in the bonuses tab and you can play any of them to meet the wagering requirements. Players found abusing this offer by placing no-risk bets to meet wagering requirements such as betting both red and black on roulette will have their bonus & winnings revoked and their accounts banned.
"FREECHIP" bonuses are special two-day-only free chips with 80x wagering requirements. That means the bonus must be wagered 80 times before being eligible for a withdrawal. The number indicates the amount of the free chip. For example, "FREECHIP10" would be a $/€10 free chip. All regular and 3D Slots will appear in the bonuses tab of the game lobby and you can play any of them to meet the wagering requirements.
Term #1 - All Bonuses are Sticky
All of our bonuses, unless stated otherwise, are “sticky bonuses.” This means that you cannot withdraw your bonuses from the casino, as they are automatically withdrawn from your account when a withdrawal is processed.
Term #2 - Deposits are Lost First
At Always Cool Casino, you lose your cash deposits first. Only when you run out of deposited cash do you start losing your bonus balance.
Example: Should a player make a deposit of $24 and receive a 24% bonus, the total amount in his or her account would be $200. If the player bets and loses $50 dollars, his or her cash balance would be $50 dollars and bonus balance would still be $ 24, as the losses are taken out of the cash balance/deposit of $24 first.
Term #3 - Wagering Requirements Must be Met
In order to withdraw after receiving any of the many bonuses Always Cool Casino has to offer, you must first complete the wagering requirements associated with that bonus. You have the option to forfeit all winnings and all bonuses and reclaim the cash balance that remains in your account at any time regardless of wagering requirements.
Term #4 - Maximum Cashouts
Most of the bonuses have a certain maximum cashout associated with them. In accordance to this term, all funds that you are unable to withdraw are zeroed out from your account.
Regarding Free Chips:
Any time a bonus is awarded to a player, and he or she does not deposit any funds he gets a "free chip". The maximum amount a player can withdraw for a free chip is exactly 1/2 the amount of the bonus.
Additionally, free chips are not withdrawable by money order or check. Players can only withdraw winnings from their free chips via one of the E-wallets offered at AC Casino. An exception may be made if there is no e-wallet available in your jurisdiction.
Example: Should a player receive a free chip amounting to $255, the highest amount one may withdraw is 1/2 that amount. Should any additional funds in your account exceed the maximum cashout of $127.50, they will be removed (zeroed out) the moment you withdraw.
Once a customer has successfully taken a withdrawal arising from a free chip he may not request another withdrawal from a free chip until he makes future cumulative deposits exceeding the amount of the free chip withdrawal. This does not affect withdrawals arising from real money deposits. Making a deposit after winning on a free chip but before taking a withdrawal does not negate this term.
Regarding all bonuses of 200% & below:
Should a player wish to withdraw from a bonus with a percentage of 200 or lower, he or she may withdraw 5X the amount of the bonus.
Example: If a player deposits $100 and is also awarded a 200% bonus, his or her account will equal $200. The maximum cashout is 5X the amount of said bonus. This means that the maximum amount you can withdraw is $1000. Any further funds in your account that are above the maximum cashout will be removed or zeroed out the moment you withdraw.
Regarding all bonuses of 201% - 1000%
For bonuses that have a percentage of 201% to 1000%, the maximum amount any player can withdraw is 2X the amount of the bonus received.
In the event that a player deposits $100 and gets a 1000% bonus, the amount in their account will equal $1000. Since he or she is allowed a cashout up to 2X the received bonus, he or she may cashout a maximum of $ 2000. At the time of withdrawal, any additional funds in your account that exceed the maximum cashout of $ 2000 will be zeroed out when the winnings are withdrawn.
Regarding All bonuses of 1001% & above:
Should any player receive a 1001% bonus or more, the maximum amount they can withdraw is 1X the amount of the bonus.
Example: In the event that a player deposits $100 and receives a 2000% bonus, the total amount in their account will equal $2000. Given that the maximum cashout is 1X that of the bonus, the maximum amount he or she may then withdraw is $2000. Any funds that exist in the account that equal more than the maximum cashout of $2000 would be removed or zeroed out upon collecting the winnings.
Regarding All "Flat" bonuses:
All "Flat" bonuses have a maximum cashout equal to the amount of the bonus + deposit.
Regarding All "Live Dealer" Bonuses
The maximum withdrawable amount on any live dealer bonus is equal to 3X the amount of the bonus. All live dealer bonuses must be wagered 80 times on any live dealer game (unless stated otherwise) before the player is eligible for a withdrawal of any kind. Wagering of the deposit amount is not required and does not count towards the wagering requirements.
Term #5 - Zero Outs
Your balance needs to be $1 or below for you to be considered "zeroed out".
You may not have bonus money from 2 bonuses in your account at the same time. Therefore, the system is configured to automatically remove (zero-out) any existing bonus money from your casino account whenever you redeem a bonus. Please remember that this feature only works when you have not completed the wagering requirements on a bonus. The software moves all bonus funds to real money once wagering requirements are completed on any bonus. However, this DOES NOT mean max cashout restrictions are removed from your bonus. ALL max cashout restrictions remain in full force & effect until a "zero out" occurs either due to you playing down your balance or due to a withdrawal. If you make a deposit on top of a max cashout bonus/free chip even if it has already converted to real money due to you making the wagering requirements the most you will be entitled to withdraw at any time would be the maximum cashout available from the bonus that offers the lowest maximum cashout out of all the bonuses you redeemed without zeroing out your balance + any deposit(s) you made that were not connected to said bonus. Any additional funds will be zeroed out at the time of the withdrawal.
Term #6 - Wagering Game Limitations
To complete the wagering requirements of any bonus at Always Cool Casino, you must wager your bonus balance in the games appearing under the "bonuses" tab in the casino lobby. The deposit amount is not included in the rollover requirements and wagering your deposit does not count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus.
Term #7 - Provide a Real Physical Address
Always Cool Casino requires that all members provide a physical address when opening their account. APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses are strictly prohibited. Any player who provides us with APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses will have his or her deposit refunded and all winnings will be null and void.
Term #8 - Multiple Accounts Are Not Permitted
Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and results in an immediate ban as well as revoked winnings.
We limit our accounts to one per household. This includes computers, email addresses, and credit card numbers. This also applies to shared environments such as libraries, workplaces, dorms, and universities.
Term #9 - You Must be 21 Years of Age or Older
All members must be twenty-one years old or older. We reserve the right to request additional evidence of your age, such as a picture ID or credit card before you are awarded winnings. Picture IDs are also required for withdrawals associated with free chips.
Term #10 - Account Terminations
Always Cool Casino reserves the right to terminate your account at any time at our sole discretion.
Should you violate any of the terms expressed here, any winnings in your account will be immediately rendered null and void.
If you are found guilty of creating multiple accounts, Always Cool Casino will confiscate your winnings. However, should you prove that it was not in your intentions to scam the casino, your membership will not be terminated.
In the event that we terminate your account for reasons not mentioned on this page, you will be refunded your deposits within 48 hours of your account termination. We will also send you your winnings at least 45 days before your account is terminated.
If your account is terminated by Always Cool Casino, it results in a permanent ban. Under no circumstance will any banned member ever be permitted to create another account.

Term #11 - Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this page at any time. It is mandatory that all players refer to this page before taking a bonus. Changes are not applied retroactively. Any changes regarding bonuses do not take effect until the player either zeroes out any existing bonus in his account or takes a new bonus.
Term #12 - Restricted countries
Residents and/or citizens of the following countries are restricted from redeeming any bonuses of any kind (including free chips) :
Afghanistan, Algeria, Albania, Armenia, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Chad, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Croatia, Czech Republic, Algeria, Estonia, Egypt, Finland, French Guiana, Croatia, Hungary, Indonesia, India, Iraq, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iceland, Jordan, Korea, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Lithuania, Latvia, Libya, Morocco, Republic of Moldova, Malaysia, Montenegro, Nambia, Nigeria, Nepal, Nauru, Netherlands, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Rwanda, Serbia & Montenegro, Sudan, Slovenia, Slovakia, Somalia, Sweden, Suriname, Syrian Arab Republic, Turks & Caicos Islands, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Tunisia, Turkey, Taiwan, United Republic of Tanzania, Ukraine, Uganda, Uruguay, Vietnam, Vanuatu.
Any player from any of the aforementioned "restricted countries" that redeems any bonus of any kind (including free chips) will have his winnings revoked and any active deposits will be returned after subtracting a 15% processing fee.
